World of Warcraft Item Upgrade
The upgrade of the item was first introduced in Generation II. This special item allows Porygon to evolve into Porygon2 if traded while being held.
It can be slotted into weapon gear, armor and trinkets to add an additional bonus effect or increase its attribute value. Most upgrade components require that the item be in a certain state before it is inserted.
Recycle points
Recycle points can be used to upgrade certain items. You can get them through recycling plastic and cans, or by completing missions. You can also earn them through the recycling incentive program which rewards players who take their garbage to recycling bins. These points can be used at the iRecycle shop to purchase cash or household items.
To recycle an item, click on it with the right-click and then press R. You'll receive a small amount in books and XP. This can be used to recycle any item, including bows, weapons, heroes, shields, skills, and even food. Beginning weapons are the only exception. This is different from retiring an item, which removes it and grants the user a lot of resources.
Upgrades can make an item stronger. It boosts the health, shield regeneration and strength of its abilities. It also increases damage and impact. It is not upgradeable beyond level 10. After every 10 levels, you are able to develop a hero or weapon. The evolution process takes 20 minutes.
Substats
The sub-stats of an artifact are random, but can be improved using a number of methods. Contrary to the main stats which are increased with every upgrade, the sub-stats may be upgraded randomly on any of the four slots. The number of sub-stats that an artifact could have is determined by its rank, with Rank 2 having none at all and Rank 5 having five. Each sub-stat has a particular limit it can be produced within, depending on its rareness.
If you'd like to have a better chance of obtaining a particular sub-status, you can use REFINE ARTIFACTS in order to increase the chance by four levels. This will cost you MORA. Find duplicates is a different way to boost the sub-stats of an item. You can then improve the duplicates so that they have a higher rarity and a different set of sub-stats. This is an effective method for players with high levels to increase their character's DPS. You must be careful not to overdo it and risk losing your MORA.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens allow players to play a second time with the item currently equipped by an item. When rerolling, an item will be exchanged for the level 1 version of the same item, however, with different bonuses, and a different type of equipment (such as cups, knives or watches, or books). Rerolling an item can raise its ilvl in certain cases. Rerolling an item is only beneficial if it has an uncommon affix.
Rerolling an object resets its power base including all upgrades and substats. This can be useful if the power of an upgraded item is less than the desired level or if a player would like to have different substats on an existing ring. Reroll tokens can be obtained in a variety of ways like from the mistery box, as a drop from skulled creatures or as a reward for killing the boss.
Weapons, armor, rings and other items can all be transformed. Weapons can be rerolled to increase physical power, spell power or health. Rings can be rerolled to increase durability or damage, while armor can be rerolled to reduce damage or increase defense. Rerolling an item of crafted equipment can also result in a rare-like item of the same type. Rerolled items do not retain its owner's ilvl, and any resources used up will not be repaid.
Pressing the green button on the menu of items will roll the item. But this button won't appear on any item that is currently equipped by the unit. To reroll an object, the player must have at least one token for reroll in his inventory. The button requires the player to select the stat they wish to roll and then confirm the action. Rerolls may take longer than expected in certain situations. This is due to the rerolling process having numerous possible combinations. In such cases, the player can use a second re-roll token to speed up the process.
Item level

Item level is a key measure of the power of an item. It is used by players to evaluate items, and it helps them determine which one is the most powerful for their style of play. The item level lets players upgrade gear rated as overpowered by the community. It is important to note that item level is not an option for future development it is a method to distinguish items in the game.
The levels of items are based on the average ilvl of the equipment of the player, which includes the main hand and off-hand weapons. It considers the ilvls of all slots in the gear that can be upgraded however, not the shirts and tabards. This includes cloaks, rings, neck, chest, shoulders back, wrists hands, feet and legs, waist and weapons in the off hand. The ilvl is taken into consideration twice as the main and off-hands have different iLevels.
The iLevel determines which stats will be given priority. Certain stats are more valuable than others, based on the class or the spec. For example, crit rating is expensive while haste rating is fairly inexpensive. Item level also determines how much of an item's ilvl budget is spent on secondary and primary stats and how much is left for effects and effects.
